Subject: Suspect in Cape Coral Shooting Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison

Jarrett Mundle (B/M 03-16-90) has been sentenced for his role in a 2009 case in which he and several other suspects attempted a home invasion robbery in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral Police located the suspects a short time later and were shot at by the suspects. Cape Coral Police returned fire, killing one of the men.

Mundle was sentenced today to 25 years for Attempted Home Invasion Robbery, 15 years for Aggravated Battery to be served concurrently. He will be on probation for 5 years upon his release from prison.
