The Cape Coral Police Department is happy to announce that we have partnered with CrimeReports.com, allowing us to bring exciting new features to our site.   Citizens can now submit crime tips to the Police Department from any computer with an internet connection and a web browser.  The information you provide is forwarded to the appropriate division- Patrol, Detectives, Traffic, etc. and it is completely anonymous!

Not at a computer?  No problem!  Don't let that stop you from doing your part to help your community.  Download the TipSubmit app for your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch (Android version coming soon) and send in your tip on the go!  With TipSubmit, you can not only send text, but photos as well, letting the Police see what you are seeing!

Text-A-Tip 

Not that "techie?"  Okay.  From any standard cell phone you can now TEXT a tip to us!  Text “CCPD plus your message” to 274637 (CRIMES).  Your phone number is never seen by the Police Department and you can remain completely anonymous!  It's that simple!
