Vehicle 2, a 1992 Toyota mini van, was traveling Eastbound on Veterans Parkway West. Vehicle 2 was traveling in the outside lane.
For unknown reasons, the Black Hummer traveled off of the North edge of the roadway and onto the grassy area. The Black Hummer continued off road for approximately 500 feet (in the grassy area), then impacted a row of shrubs with the driver`s side of his vehicle. After impacting the row of shrubs, the Black Hummer traveled back towards Veterans Parkway West. The Black Hummer then crossed over the Westbound lanes of Veterans Parkway West and across the grassy center median that separated the East and Westbound lanes of Veterans Parkway West.
The Black Hummer crossed over two more lanes and the front of the Black Hummer struck the drivers door area of white Toyota that was driving in the opposite direction.
