According to the victim, on October 31, 2014 at around 11:00 PM, a white male parked his vehicle behind his business (D&T Designs) and stole a scaffold system, a ladder, and some wiring.

The male was seen clearly on video loading the scaffold system into his van.  The suspect male then entered the passenger side door of a D&T Designs work van and then closed the door without removing anything.  The suspect male then disappeared from camera view and was then seen re-appearing with a large extension cord.  The suspect placed the extension cord in the rear of the van and then drove away.
