NEWS RELEASE: Daytime Traffic Saturation Operation Results
(September 23, 2014)- The Cape Coral Police Department conducted a daytime traffic saturation operation starting at 12:00 PM Monday afternoon, ending at 8:00 PM. The results are as follows:
Sheldon Olen Kingsley (W/M 3-08-68)
1131 SE 34th St
MCpl. Satterlee 2300 Viscya Pkwy E.
Kingsley was stopped for not wearing a seatbelt during a seatbelt operation at Viscaya Pkwy and SE 24th Ave. After stopping the vehicle, Kingsley handed MCpl. Satterlee an identification card and admitted to having a suspended driver’s license. A routine check revealed that he had two suspensions for DUI.
Henry Quintana (W/M 10-02-82)
361 SW 120th Ave, Miami
Ofc. Schilke: 14-015118
Ofc. Schilke stopped Quintana for driving 71 in a 50 mph zone. After stopping Quintana, Ofc. Schilke was told by Quintana that his driver’s license was suspended. Ofc. Schilke asked Quintana if he knew how many suspensions he had. Quintana replied “I’m Habitual” Quintana was arrested for driving while his license was suspended.

Possession of Cannabis <20/Possession of Paraphernalia
Ofc. Gallo: 14-015125
Ofc. Gallo stopped the vehicle Ames was in for running a red light. During the traffic stop, Ofc. Gallo called for a K-9 to respond to the stop. When Ofc. McCreary arrived, he ran his K-9 Nate around the exterior of the stopped vehicle. Nate alerted to the presence of narcotics. A back pack was located in the back seat that contained cannabis and a bong. Ames admitted and was issued a notice to appear.
