(November 11, 2015)- A Cape Coral man was arrested for credit card fraud with multiple victims after an extensive six month investigation. Cape Coral Police Investigative Service Bureau - Economic Crimes Unit, Cape Coral Police Street Crimes Unit, and Vice, Intelligence, and Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on a N.E. Cape Coral home.
On November 10, 2015 the search warrant was conducted at 319 N.E. 13th Place, the residence of Raimundo Bernardo Ugando Perez. Cape Coral Police Detectives found more than $10,000 in fraudulent credit cards and associated electronic devices inside the home.
Raimundo Bernardo Ugando Perez was placed under arrest and charged with Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards, Forgery of Credit Cards, Impersonation of Persons, Grand Theft, and Petit Theft.
Arrested: Raimundo Bernardo Ugando Perez, H/M. DOB 01-17-1963, of 319 NE 13th Place, Cape Coral, FL 33909
Charges: Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards, Forgery of Credit Cards, Impersonation of Persons, Grand Theft, and Petit Theft.
