(March 30, 2015)-  At around 4:00 AM Saturday morning, Cape Coral Police responded to an attempted residential burglary and a vehicle burglary in progress in the Coral Lakes subdivision just off of the Del Prado Extension.

Police began an extensive search utilizing Patrol, K-9, and Aviation units but were unable to initially locate a suspect.

At approximately 6:30 AM, a victim contacted CCPD advising that he was following his own work van that had just been stolen from his driveway. The victim followed the vehicle to Hibiscus Drive where the vehicle was abandoned. A second perimeter was established and Robert Lynch was located walking out of the industrial area and detained by Officers.

While this was happening, Cape Coral Police Department received a phone tip, advising that Fickeisen was on his way home and that he was just dropped by Lynch in a stolen van after running from the police. Officers responded and Fickeisen was detained when he arrived home.

Shortly thereafter, a report of a stolen Toyota RAV4 was reported just west of Gator Circle. Interviews indicated that Dontae Coleman was in the company of Lynch and Fickesien throughout the night. Units attempted contact at Coleman's residence, however he was ultimately located in the stolen Toyota RAV4 two blocks from his residence and taken into custody. Detectives and Forensics responded.  Additional felony charges are pending.
