(May 11, 2015)-  A Cape Coral man who was arrested in 2014 on charges of Trafficking in Heroin and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell has taken a plea landing him 15 years in prison.

Sean William Farley (W/M, DOB: 12-07-1968) of 1511 SW 40th Terrace Cape Coral FL 33914, was arrested back on January 29, 2014 after being stopped for a traffic offense in the 2500 block of Del Prado Boulevard N.  A K-9 alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle and a narcotics investigation was started.

A search of the vehicle revealed 299 individual plastic baggies of Heroin (71.4 grams), 1 baggie of powder cocaine (4.2 grams), and 1 baggie of crack cocaine (17.8 grams), and $1,641.00 in US currency.

Farley was placed under arrest and transported to the Lee County Jail.

Today, Farley took a plea deal to 15 years in Florida Department of Corrections.

"This was a cooperative effort involving numerous components of the Cape Coral Police Department- Street Crimes, VIN (Vice, Intelligence, and Narcotics), and K-9.  Their solid Police work has taken another drug dealer off of our streets for quite some time."- Det.
