(May 28, 2015)- Additional charges have been made in the case involving three Cape Coral teens who terrorized a North Cape Coral neighborhood, committing numerous residential and vehicle burglaries, causing thousands of dollars in property damage, and stealing a car only to ram a gate a Mariner High School and cause a rollover crash.
Detectives were able to develop probable cause to charge Jymez Forte, B/M, 16, of Cape Coral (Listed as "Juvenile" in the initial news release), with Burglary and Grand Theft for a burglary that was reported on May 17, 2015 in the 400 block of NW 13th Terrace. Detectives were able to recover two watches that were stolen during this incident for the victim.
Additional charges are pending.
ARRESTED: Jymez E. Forte, B/M, DOB: 05-07-98, of 720 NW 37th Avenue, Cape Coral.
