(August 12, 2015)- Cape Coral Police Detectives are looking for a man who burglarized a south Cape Coral McDonald's location earlier this week.
Just after 2:00 AM August 9th, 2015, a middle-aged white male entered the McDonald’s restaurant located at 1604 Cape Coral Parkway West, by prying open the drive-through window with what appeared to be a screwdriver.
Once the suspect entered the business, he wiped down each area he touched and then put on dark colored gloves. The suspect walked across the hallway and entered the office. While inside the office, the suspect searched through the cabinets and tried opening the safe. The suspect then opened the box where the alarm system is located and deactivated the cameras at that point.
The suspect appears to have a goatee and is wearing a knit cap, a long sleeve sweat shirt, black basketball shorts, and tennis shoes.
