(April 22, 2016)-  Cape Coral Police Detectives  are looking for a couple who brought their child along as their lookout on their "shopping spree" where they stole almost $1000 dollars worth of razors.

On February 08, 2016, at around 4:40 PM, Cape Coral Police Department responded to CVS located at 1611 NE Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral, in reference to a past-occurred retail theft.

CVS reported that $947 worth of Gillette razors and razor cartridges were stolen from the store earlier in the day.  CVS advised that a man, woman, and child came in the store at 2:53 PM.  The female immediately approached the cashier and his assistant and asked for help finding "itching cream," while the male went to the razor aisle.  The cashier helped the female as the child stood at the end of the razor aisle.  The female left soon after being helped, the cashier later noticed the male she had been with.  When the cashier asked the male if he needed help and he stated he was "waiting for his wife."  The man, woman, and child rejoined shortly afterward, and left the store without appearing to purchase anything.  At the same time, The CVS cashier heard the "theft" alarms go off at the front of the store.

The CVS cashier soon checked the razor isle after hearing the alarm.  Upon checking the razor aisle, he discovered that most all of the Gillette razor products had been removed from the shelves.  The razor products had been stored inside individually locked cases that require a key to open.
