(March 9, 2017) - A youth caught sleeping in a stolen car in mid-December is facing several additional charges. 

Detective Niland with the Cape Coral Police Department's Property Crimes Unit conducted extensive follow-up on several open cases and developed probable cause for Richard P. Randall III (DOB: 3-15-02). Randall was charged with an additional 5 vehicle burglary charges, 3 charges for grand theft auto, and 3 charges for theft.
