(July 23, 2017)-  The Cape Coral Police Department conducted a High Visibility Enforcement (HVE) operation last night, as part of its ongoing efforts to reduce incidents of impaired driving.  The operation was funded by grant money awarded by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).

The results of the operations are below:

ARRESTED: Timothy Daniel Thomas, W/M, DOB: 11-19-1988, of 16221 Siesta Drive, Fort Myers.
CR: 17-013149

Timothy Thomas was stopped for driving without headlights on in the 1500 block of Cape Coral Parkway East.  After checking Thomas’s driver’s license it came back suspended out of California.  He was arrested and charged accordingly.
