(October 22, 2018)- Cape Coral Police Department DUI Arrests for October 6 through October 18, 2018.
Morales failed to stop his vehicle while trying to park at the Heads Pins Bowling lanes and struck the building. The crash investigation was completed, and a DUI investigation began resulting in his arrest. Additionally, Morales was in possession of a baggie of heroin, a marijuana pipe, and a Oxycodone pill. BREATH: Refused.
Cape Coral Police came across a vehicle idling in the middle of the road for no apparent reason. Contact was made with Yelling, the driver, which exhibited signs of impairment. A DUI investigation was conducted which led to and arrest. BREATH: 0.129 / 0.129.
Cape Coral Police stopped Johnson for failure to maintain a single lane of traffic. Johnson exhibited signs of impairment upon contact. He refused field evaluations. BREATH: Refused.
Officers responded to a traffic crash with a vehicle that was stuck on a traffic barrier and a LCEC power box in the Club Square parking lot. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle (Fowler), who exhibited signs of impairment. Filed evaluations were performed poorly and Fowler was arrested for DUI. BREATH: 0.173 / 0.167.
Cape Coral Police responded to the report of a female passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle, while it was still running. Guido performed poorly during field evaluations and was placed under arrest for DUI. BREATH: Refused.

CHARGES: 5-counts of DUI with Property Damage and DUI with a BAC over .15.
Cape Coral Police responded to the report of a traffic crash where the at-fault vehicle left the roadway and struck two unmarked Cape Coral Police Department vehicles that were properly parked in a driveway. The vehicle additionally struck two mailboxes and ultimately came to rest in another resident’s front yard. Upon contact with Quinones, she had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage about her person and showed signs of impairment. A DUI Investigation was initiated and Quinones performed poorly during field evaluations. She was subsequently arrested for DUI. BREATH: 0.154 / 0.160.
Cape Coral Police conducted a traffic stop for erratic driving on the vehicle Bishop was the driver. Contact was made with Bishop where the officer observed indicators of impairment which resulted in a DUI investigation and arrest. Upon arrest, Bishop became belligerent and aggressive toward the officers and struck one in the chest with her fists. BREATH: Refused.
Cape Coral Police responded to a traffic crash involving a single vehicle into a light pole. Contact was made with the driver, Dolby, who exhibited signs of impairment. Field evaluations were performed poorly and Dolby was then placed under arrest. BREATH: 0.150 / 0.144.
