(November 2, 2018)- Cape Coral Police Department DUI Arrests for October 20 through October 29, 2018.
Cape Coral Police responded to a reckless driver complaint and located the vehicle being driven by Bonilla. Upon making contact with the Bonilla the officer observed indicators of impairment. A DUI investigation was conducted and Bonilla exhibited signs of impairment on the field evaluations and was arrested. BREATH: Refused.
Cape Coral Police responded to a three vehicle traffic crash where Evans was the at-fault driver. Evans displayed signs of impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted. Evans performed poorly on the field evaluations and was arrested. BREATH: 0.200 / 0.213.
Cape Coral Police responded to a suspicious vehicle call for service and located Jose Ruiz sleeping behind the wheel of his running vehicle that was parked in a ditch. The officer woke Ruiz up and Ruiz exhibited signs of impairment. A DUI investigation ensued and Ruiz performed poorly on the field evaluations. Ruiz’s driver license was suspended and he was listed as a habitual offender with multiple suspensions. BREATH: Refused.
Cape Coral Police responded to the 400 block of SE 4th Place regarding a white male who was passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle. Officers arrived and discovered Alexander Kulcsar asleep in the driver’s seat engine still running. Officers woke Kulcsar up and he showed signs of impairment. A DUI investigation ensued and Kulcsar could not complete the field evaluations. Kulcsar was arrested for DUI. BREATH: 0.190 / 0.192.
Cape Coral Police responded to a single vehicle traffic crash at the 3100-block of Del Prado Blvd S. The vehicle struck a fire hydrant and then the driver, Glenz, left the scene on foot. Glenz was located and the investigation determined that he was the at-fault driver of the vehicle involved. Glenz exhibited signs of impairment so a DUI investigation began. BREATH Refused.
Cape Coral Police responded to a two vehicle traffic crash at the 1500-block of Del Prado Blvd S. Rosado exhibited signs of impairment and a DUI investigation began. Rosado performed the field evaluations poorly and was arrested for DUI. BREATH: 0.060 / 0.060. A Drug Recognition Expert responded and determined that Rosado was impaired by alcohol and drug.
Cape Coral Police responded to the Speedway parking lot regarding a female and a male who were passed out in a vehicle that was running. Officers found Jeannine Coons passed out in the driver’s seat and her boyfriend passed out in the passenger seat. Officers woke Coons and she showed signs of impairment. A DUI investigation ensued and Coons could not complete the field evaluations. Coons was arrested for DUI. During the vehicle search officers found Marijuana and rolling papers. BREATH: 0.098 / 0.094.

A traffic stop led to contact with Mack who exhibited signs of impairment. Mack was arrested for DUI. BREATH: Refused.
