(February 23, 2018) - Charges have been filed against Theodore Moschovas for the abduction of Juliet Odierna, and the investigation is still ongoing.
After the issuance of an AMBER Alert and a warrant for Theodore Moschovas' arrest, both law enforcement and the public were on alert in an effort to return Juliet home. After extensive work through the night between Cape Coral police and several law enforcement agencies, Theodore and Jennifer Moschovas, along with Juliet Odierna, were located by police in Eufaula, Alabama at approximately 2 a.m. on February 23rd. Eufaula officers conducted interviews, as did Cape Coral Police detectives via telephone. Theodore Moschovas was placed under arrest by Eufaula police based on the probable cause outlined in the Cape Coral Police Department warrant request. Jennifer Moschovas was interviewed and released from the scene. This investigation is still ongoing.
Theodore Moschovas was charged with Interference With Custody FSS 787.03(1), a 3rd degree felony, after he intentionally and deliberately, without lawful authority, interfered with the custody of Juliet Odierna by taking her out of school and posing as her biological father.

CHARGES: Interference with Custody (3rd Degree Felony)
