(April 16, 2018) - The Cape Coral Police Department made five DUI arrests between April 10-15, 2018. Below is the information on these arrests:
A CCPD Traffic officer stopped Nails at the 4900 block of Viceroy Street for a seat belt violation, which lead to a DUI investigation. Nails was arrested and transported to the Lee County Jail. BAC%: Refused.
A CCPD Patrol officer responded to a report of a reckless driver in the 400 block of Jacaranda Parkway East. The officer located Maike and stopped her for failing to maintain a single lane of travel and driving off the roadway onto the shoulder several times. A DUI investigation ensued, resulting in Maike's arrest. She was transported to the Lee County Jail. BAC%: Refused.
CCPD Patrol officers responded to a single vehicle crash at the 100 block of NW 1st Place near Hector Cafferrata Elementary School. Contact was made with the driver, Tiffany Alexandre and a criminal investigation began for DUI and narcotics. Several controlled substances were found in her possession along with nearly $4,400 in cash. Alexandre was treated and released at a local hospital for minor injuries from the crash, and later transported to the Lee County Jail. BAC%: Refused.
A CCPD Traffic officer responded to a motorcycle crash at the 4800 block of Vincennes Boulevard, which resulted in a criminal DUI investigation and Bickhart’s arrest. Bickhart was transported to the Lee County Jail. BAC%: .112 / .114
CCPD Patrol Officers responded to a single vehicle crash at the 1800 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway East at the Midpoint toll plaza, where Dilbeck had crashed into a concrete barrier at the tolls. A DUI investigation was conducted which resulted in Dilbeck's arrest. Dilbeck was medically treated and cleared before being transported to the Lee County Jail. BAC%: Refused.
