(May 4, 2018) - Cape Coral Police in conjunction with the FBI Exploited Children Task Force arrested a man on child pornography charges after tracking him and obtaining a search warrant for his home and computer.

On May 3rd, 2018 at approximately 6:40 a.m. a detective with the Cape Coral Police Department's Major Crimes Unit (and member of the Task Force) served a search warrant at the home of Mark Ingraham (DOB: 10-20-77) with the assistance of the FBI. Execution of the search warrant confirmed the presence of child pornography on Ingraham's computer. He was placed under arrest and charged with possession of obscene material (depictions of sexual performance by a child) as well as transmission of child pornography by electronic device. Ingraham was transported to the Lee County Jail.

ARRESTED: Mark Ingraham, W/M, DOB: 10-20-77, of 125 SE 32nd Street, Cape Coral FL.

CHARGES: Possession of Obscene Material (Depiction of Sexual Performance by a Child), Transmission of Child Pornography by Electronic Device
