(June 11, 2018) - Cape Coral Police arrested two juveniles after they burglarized several boats, stole fire extinguishers, used them to damage the boats and stole an ATV.

On May 28, 2018, the victim reported that his ATV was stolen from the parking garage at Cape Harbour Marina. Surveillance video captured Robert Rinko III, Jaden Clay and one other suspect stealing the ATV. The suspects took the ATV for a ride and damaged the ATV and a barrier gate. The suspects also entered several boats and took four fire extinguishers that belonged to the Marina and discharged them inside of a boat and threw them into the canal. Rinko III was arrested on May 31st. A follow-up investigation by the investigating Patrol officer located Clay at his residence on June 9th which led to Clay's arrest for grand theft auto, felony criminal mischief, and theft of a fire extinguisher. He was transported to the Juvenile Assessment Center.
