(April 8, 2019)- On April 5, 2019 around 3:45 am, Cape Coral Police responded to a call for service in reference to a disturbance with weapons at 2108 Northeast 33rd Terrace.
Officers met with the victim who was invited to 2108 NE 33rd Ter by the female home owner after a night out. An officer took possession of the handgun which was loaded with six rounds but had an empty chamber.
Smith was charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon without Intent to Kill.
